VALVEROTATION TEST
The valve rotation test is an essential procedure to guarantee the quality of ball valves. Checking and measuring the torque while rotating the ball, allows to recognize defects and certify the proper ball functions. Rotation tests can be performed on the main valve shaft (Direct version) or on the actuator(Gear version). Rotation test measures the torque, and optionally angle, values along all the turning process. Direct version systems can be supplied with torque up to 500.000Nm
