Plarad VALVETORQUE Direct (TQVD) valve rotation test
Rotation testing is a key process for ensuring the quality of ball valves. Measuring torque while the ball rotates reveals defects and confirms correct operation.
The test is performed on the valve stem (Direct version) or on the actuator (Gear version) and measures torque — and optionally angle — throughout the full rotation.
TorqueValve Direct is a test system for large ball valves: it rotates with very high torque and measures and stores torque and angle.
